Refund policy
At ASPYRE, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards
- Email us at asypresupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it using the provided return label (if applicable).
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If you paid with store credit or a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us at asypresupport@gmail.com before returning your item. We’ll do our best to hold your desired item while your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your item at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at asypresupport@gmail.com.
